According to gamespot.com, it's official, the original Xbox party game is getting a 360 refresh: Fuzion Frenzy 2 is coming this holiday season.
From gamespot.com:
"Fuzion Frenzy 2 is set for release in the US this holiday season and will feature 40 minigames set on seven different planets, as well as online multiplayer matches and tournaments. Players will be able to use "tournament cards" they've earned for a variety of purposes, including selecting the next game to be played or choosing the next planet to go to."
Aside from perhaps Midtown Madness, Fuzion Frenzy was (and is) my 6 year old son's favorite non-XBL game. Every time we have parties at our house, he becomes the ultimate Xbox evangelist, working the room and trying to get a 4-player game going. He's got a real future, this one. I'm so proud.
But I digress. FF2, along with Lego Star Wars 2, will be two games that I will get on launch day. I'll say that I am getting them for him (and I will be) but I'll also be getting them for myself. Anything that promotes family bonding - that's good stuff.
